When we started The Beach Terrace at VGP Heritage, the idea was to have a little destination in the city that people could run to like a getaway of sorts. And being right by the beach helped. Over time, we've seen the place become a spot for birthdays, cocktail soirées, small events, photoshoots, music video shoots and more. But we've also seen guests choose us as their little meeting spot by the beach, and we love it.

Little did we realise we've also created a meeting place in Chennai where people come to slow down, sit together, and just enjoy being around each other, with the beach adding to the vibe.

We’ve seen friends meet after years, families come together for easy evenings, and groups choose us as their regular hangout place in Chennai. There’s something about being by the sea, with fab drinks and food, that makes hangouts feel lighter and beautiful.

Located along ECR, one of the most loved stretches in Chennai, The Beach Terrace has quietly become a go-to beachside restaurant in Chennai for people who just want a relaxed place to meet.

A lot of our guests come here without a plan, just looking for a place to hang out in Chennai, sit by the beach, and spend time with their people. Some come for casual dinners, some for long conversations, and some just to take a break from the city.

We’ve also hosted birthdays, small reunions, and get-togethers. But what we love most are the everyday visits, the simple meetups that become memories that guests also lovingly share with us on social media.
