Panneer Mahal has a capacity of a maximum of 500 people when seated in theatre style.

We offer two changing rooms with A/C for our guest's usage.

Dining area and activity area available.

Rest rooms are available for both gents and ladies.

Our venues are equipped with proper lighting and fans.
Payment terms:

In order to confirm your booking, a 50% payment of the finalized amount is required as an advance.

The balance is required to be paid 10 days prior to the event.

Our standard venue-only charge is Rs. 2,50,000 per day/12 hours (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only), plus a 5% cleaning charge with applicable taxes.
Modification:

Once the advance is paid, the event cannot be cancelled.

You may reschedule the event one month prior to the event date, to another available date.
Security and Housekeeping:

You are responsible to provide adequate security for the event.

Please note that beach access is not permitted for safety reasons.

If you need us to provide security or housekeeping staff, that would be chargeable at a starting price of Rs.1300/- per security staff or housekeeping staff member.
Lawful Events and Permissions:

The event should be lawful as per applicable laws; and all required permissions must be obtained from the concerned authority from your end.

All events are permitted until 10 PM strictly, and the event cannot exceed that time limit.
Fireworks:

We do not allow fireworks in the area, in order to ensure that the natural flora and fauna are not disturbed.
Parking:

Parking is available only at the designated spots, and you are responsible for valet parking.
Banners:

Event promotional material can only be placed at select locations and with select sizes, with the consent of the management.
Promotions:

Any promotions of the event can be undertaken only after making the full payment towards the booking (For example: Commercial/music events)
Permanent Structures at the Venue:

No setups that leave permanent damage to our structures are permitted at the venue. Permanent fixtures cannot be set up at our venue.
Electricity and Water:

12 hours of electricity for grinder/mixer +2 lights are chargeable at Rs. 7,500, including 3 lines of water for washing.

You are responsible for extra usage of electricity from your end.
Smoking:

Smoking is restricted only to the permitted zone in the back.
Speakers:

Speakers are required to be angled away from the resort.
