Today, as we bid farewell to our amazing Food & Beverage Manager, Mr. Balaji Devaraj, we do so with immense gratitude for the one and a half years he has spent with us, helping shape the dining experience that our guests have come to know and love.

Balaji brought with him a great enthusiasm when he joined us, with his unwavering commitment and a genuine passion for hospitality. His leadership played an important role in strengthening our food and beverage operations, mentoring our big team, refining the standards of service that we have, and creating great experiences for every guest who came in.

Yes, restaurants can make it work with a beautiful location and great food, but its success also lies on the people who take leadership behind the scenes. Balaji embodied that spirit every single day. He led the team, even during busy weekends, powered through for our events, encouraged hard work and service, and brought positivity to the workplace. His presence made The Beach Terrace a better place for both our guests and our staff.

With his contribution extending beyond day-to-day operations, it is only fair to say he became a valued member of our Heritage family, with dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile.
