About the Role
As a Assistant Banquet Hall Executive , your primary responsibility is to facilitate the smooth execution of indoor banquet functions. This role supports the Banquet Hall Executive in all operational aspects of events, from setup to tear down, while ensuring excellent guest service and coordination among departments.
Requirements
Qualification & skills
Assist in preparing the banquet hall based on event requirements.
Support the setup of tables, décor, signage, and AV systems.
Escort guests, guide seating, and assist in service coordination.
Ensure water, napkins, and other amenities are in place before the event.
Work closely with servers, decorators, and technical staff during events.
Provide real-time updates to the Banquet Hall Executive on progress and issues.
