About the Role

Banquet Hall Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of banquet events at VGP Heritage Resort. This role ensures that indoor events — such as weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, and private parties — are organized smoothly with a high standard of guest service, decor arrangement, and team coordination.

Requirements

Qualification & skills

  • Coordinate banquet hall bookings with the sales and reservations team.

  • Supervise event setup and ensure décor, seating, lighting, and AV are arranged per client specifications.

  • Ensure the hall is clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready before and after every event.

  • Act as the point of contact for the client during the event, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen for food service timing and special instructions.

  • Handle last-minute changes and resolve guest issues or requests promptly.

  • Monitor staff during service and ensure proper dress code and etiquette.
